This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and renewal charges work for TheChatApp purchases.
2. Refund Window
New paid subscriptions and perpetual license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or first invoice.

3. Renewals and Non-Refundable Charges
Renewal fees, maintenance renewals, usage-based charges, add-ons, and professional services are non-refundable once the relevant billing period, service period, or delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
4. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If local consumer law or this policy provide different non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection will apply.
