Guest meeting links and lobby

Scheduled meetings can generate access codes for external guests. Guests use the browser meeting page rather than the full desktop or mobile workspace.

Guests wait in a lobby until a host admits or denies them. Lobby state is broadcast to meeting participants so hosts can act quickly.

1. Open the meeting link in a browser.
2. Enter the meeting access code or guest details requested by the page.
3. Wait in the lobby if the meeting requires host admission.
4. Join the meeting after a host admits you.
5. Use browser meeting chat, voice, video, and screen sharing where available.
