Voice, video, and screen sharing

Use voice rooms, direct calls, group video, call reactions, screen sharing, and desktop annotations to collaborate live.

Voice calls

Voice calls use Opus audio, jitter buffering, voice activity detection, local mute, call request/response flows, voice rooms, and multi-device answered-elsewhere notifications.

Video calls

Video calls support adaptive quality and visible tile limits. Desktop can send high and low video tiers, mobile sends a low tier, and browser meetings use WebRTC simulcast through the meeting bridge.

Screen sharing

Desktop users can share a window or monitor and use annotation tools. Mobile users can receive screen shares, but mobile screen-share sending is not available today.

  1. Join a call or meeting.
  2. Choose the screen share action when it is available.
  3. Select the window or monitor to share.
  4. Use annotation controls on desktop when you need to draw attention to part of the screen.
  5. Stop sharing when the live walkthrough is finished.
