Meetings and calendar
Schedule meetings, respond to invitations, manage recurring occurrences, join within the allowed time window, and sync with Google or Outlook calendars.
Schedule meetings
Meetings include title, description, date/time, duration, attendees, RSVP responses, access codes for guests, meeting windows, meeting chat, and persistent history.
- Open the meeting or calendar area.
- Create a meeting with a title, description, time, duration, and attendees.
- Send the meeting invite.
- Join when the meeting window opens and use the meeting chat, lobby, voice, video, and screen-share tools as needed.
Recurring meetings
Recurring meetings support daily, weekly, and custom patterns. Occurrences can have stable identities, per-occurrence threads, single-occurrence cancellation, and desktop drag-to-move rescheduling.
Mobile can join recurring meetings and supports some occurrence actions, but full calendar views, entire-series cancellation, and drag-to-move rescheduling are desktop-only today.
Calendar sync
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook sync run through server-side OAuth flows. Desktop includes month, week, and day views with event details and pending meetings.
