Find people and manage contacts

The directory lets you search for teammates, view profiles, see presence, and start conversations. Directory results include users your account is allowed to see in the current workspace.

Contacts help you keep frequent collaborators close at hand. Contact requests and contact management are available in the app so users can build their own working list without browsing every channel.

1. Open the directory or contacts area.
2. Search for a teammate by name or username.
3. Open the profile to review identity and presence.
4. Send or accept a contact request when you want the person in your saved contact list.

Favorites and pinned conversations help organize frequently used contacts, channels, and conversations. Favorite ordering is synchronized by the app so your most important places stay easy to reach.
