Profile, status, and availability

Profiles include account identity and user-visible details such as display name, email where configured, profile picture, and contact details. Profile information appears in directories, conversations, mentions, and meeting participants.

Presence helps teammates understand whether you are online, away, busy, or offline. The server keeps a short offline grace period so brief disconnects do not immediately make you appear unavailable.

1. Open your profile or settings area.
2. Update your display name, profile picture, or available profile fields.
3. Set your status to online, away, busy, or offline when you want to signal availability.
4. Save changes and return to your current conversation.
